This is a small museum that you can easily see in less than 30 minutes. You can't take pictures, but they do give you a booklet that has pictures of every bag in the collection. There are 2 floors. The first floor (floor 3) is modern day handbags. The 2nd floor (floor 4) is historical handbags dating back to the 1500's.
There were a few interesting things to see like how purses evolved over time. I think the historical handbags were the most interesting to me. I just went because it was one of the things I could see with the Discover Seoul Pass.
Overall I don't think its worth the money unless you are really interested in handbags. There isn't that much to see.
