Plot:

Park Shi-on is a pediatric surgery medical resident who is an autistic savant. The hospital officials are hesitant to give him a job at the hospital because of his condition. They give him 6 months to prove himself. He has to overcome many struggles along the way.

There is a remake of this drama that aired in the USA starting in 2017 on the ABC network.


**I really enjoyed this drama. The main character had to endure a lot of hardship in his life. I didn't like how he was treated by a lot of people especially his dad. There are a lot of sad and funny moments. I won't give away anything, but there is a really good ending.  I am also watching the American version. Both versions have a main character with autism. I can see the similarities between the two.

I definitely recommend this drama!

Plot Summary:

2 high school students break up because of their parents. They meet 12 years later.

My Thoughts:

I really liked this drama. The guy that plays teenage version and adult version of Yu Junsu is so cute! I think I liked the high school scenes better than the adult scenes. It was unfortunate that their parents tried to separate them. When they meet as adults I kept wondering if they would find out that they knew each other in the past. I think its fascinating how you see all the characters from the past all intertwining in the future. 12 years pass and everyone is still talking about Jang Guk. All the guys liked her. A lot of things were left unanswered in the last episode. I don't want to say too much because I want you to be surprised like I was.

Will there ever be a season 2?

My rating: 5 stars
I really liked the drama and it kept me hanging on to see what would happen next. There are still a lot of loose ends though. Its a good love story even though there was also a lot of heartbreak.

Korean Drama "운명처럼 널 사랑해" Fated to Love You

I really enjoyed this drama. Korean dramas are addicting! I finished all 20 episodes in 1 month! I had to see what happened next.

The main character (Lee Gun) is handsome! I liked his hair when it was long. His laugh was crazy!! I really enjoyed the story line. It seems like every Korean drama has a love triangle (so predictable!) Sometimes I was wanting Mi Young to end up with Daniel, but other times I wanted her to end up with Lee Gun. What happens? You'll have to watch to find out! I was happy with the ending.

I liked a song that played over and over called "Goodbye My Love" by Ailee.

My Review: I watched all 20 episodes in 1 week on Netflix. The summary on Netflix said it was the male answer to "Sex and The City" so I thought it would be interesting. The drama is really funny! The drama follows the lives of 4 men in their 40's who have been friends since high school. The drama follows their career and love lives. There is a married man who cheats, a widower with an admirer 17 years younger, a man who is dating someone for a year, and a single man who eventually starts dating. You'll have to watch to find out the rest!! There is a happy ending!

Korean dramas are addicting! I start watching them and I don't want to stop! I just finished watching this drama. I really liked it. It's very sad in some parts. I kept wondering how it would end and I was happy about the ending. I liked most of the characters except Su-ho's dad, Lee-na, and Jae ha's mom. The music was nice in the drama. I loved the scenery from Chungsan-do. Now thats on my to-do list when I go back to Korea. I plan on visiting places where dramas were filmed.

Plot:

So I've started watching another Korean drama. These Korean dramas are so addicting. This is the 3rd drama that I've watched.

Full House is a 16-episode South Korean television drama broadcast by KBS in 2004. This is a televised version of a comic story. It is also known as "浪漫满屋" in Chinese. A season 2 for Full House is said to be expected, and there has been 20 episodes written. It is to be expected to air in Autumn 2009.

This drama attempts to answer the question of whether two people can be in love only on paper. It also explores the meaning of the family by presenting that no matter how hard the present may seem, the world is still a good place to live on because of those who bring hopes into our lives through their presence alone.

This drama features diverse characters: considerate, caring, frank, patient, and sticking to life’s basic values. But no matter how different the personalities, everyone finds happiness in the end.

This drama is based upon a manhwa of the same title, Full House by the Korean author Won Sooyeon.

Plot Summary
Han Ji-Eun lives in a house called Full House, built by her father. She is an aspiring script writer. One day, her two best friends, for money reasons, trick her into believing she has won a free vacation, and while she is gone, they sell her house. On the plane, she meets Lee Young-Jae, a famous actor. Through comedic events they get acquainted during her vacation, and when she returns, she discovers her house has been sold to him.
Though they don't get along with each other, as she is messy and he has a bad temper and likes cleanliness, they agree to live with each other. At first, Ji-Eun works as his maid in order to buy her house back, but later, because of Young-Jae's wish to make the love of his life, Kang Hye-Won (Han Eun Jung) jealous, they get married. They set up a contract for the marriage to last six months. During that time, complications arise and Ji-Eun and Young-Jae become attracted to each other. Also, Ji-Eun starts to feel a strong bond with Young-Jae's family. However, Young-Jae's bad temper, along with the romantic attentions of Yoo Min-Hyuk (Kim Sung Soo), Ji-Eun's handsome and friendly publisher, starts to create a rift between the couple. So does Hye-Won, who starts to feel jealous when she sees Young-Jae and Ji-Eun getting close. Eventually, Young-Jae and Ji-Eun get a divorce and he moves away.When he returns, he realizes that Ji-Eun hasn't married yet and knows that he has fallen in love with her - and she with him. He proposes to her, this time for the right reasons, and finally, they get married for a second time.

Kkotboda namja (꽃보다 男子 or 꽃보다 남자) is a Korean drama adaptation of the Japanese manga Hana Yori Dango. It premiered on January 5, 2009 on KBS2TV and successfully ended on March 31, 2009 after 25 episodes.

This is the third television drama adaptation of the popular Japanese manga Hana Yori Dango after the success of both the Taiwanese and Japanese versions.

While delivering a student’s dry cleaning, Geum Jan Di saves the life of a student at the most prestigious school in South Korea. Her actions soon become public and exposes the bullying within the school. To silence the public’s attention, Jan Di is offered a swimming scholarship to Shinhwa which she declines but her family forces her to attend.

During her first day at Shinhwa, Jan Di learns of the famous F4 and of the other students' adoration and fixation with the boys in the group. Gu Jun Pyo, Yoon Ji Hoo, So Yi Jung, and Song Woo Bin are the richest and most powerful kids within Shinhwa and South Korea. Subsequently, they use their power to terrorize weaker students or those they do not like. Engaged by this, Gu Jun Pyo declares war on Jan Di and encourages the other students to bully her. Jan Di, however, is resistant, refusing to apologize to Gu Jun Pyo, and stands by her decision to fight him.

Ironically, Gu Jun Pyo, having never been stood up to, begins to develop feelings for her. He tries unsuccessfully to woo her as she slowly begins to spend more time with Jun Pyo and his friends. Jan Di teaches Jun Pyo that money cannot buy everything and in order to have real friends, he himself must be real or use his heart, but Gu Jun Pyo still does not understand why someone like Jan Di should dislike him. As the story progresses, Jun Pyo falls deeper in love with Jan Di and she learns how to open herself to his love as well.

As love begins to blossom, Jun Pyo’s mother discovers them and deems it unsuitable. She does everything in her power to keep the two apart, even arranging a marriage for Jun Pyo. Other factors keep arising as another member of the group falls in love with Jan Di and in a twist of fate, Jun Pyo loses his memory. In the end, however, Gu Jun Pyo and Jan De! learn that love conquers all and that they are truly meant to be together.
